    I think it's ok . Not the absolute best like raisin Caine's but make sure your chicken isn't sicky or raw on the inside

    This Zaxby's sucks I went a few weeks ago and I thought they maybe had a bad day but I went back today and totally disappointed. I ordered a SIMPLE Cesar salad with grilled chicken. They didn't have grilled chicken so fine I got the fried. The chicken in my salad wasn't even cut properly. They literally put chicken strips cut in half. I got a a brownie hard as a rock I will not go back to this location ever.

    Gets even worse. Twice I have gone here and found the drive thru wrapped around the building. Some moron was telling each car to hold until the one or two cars waiting for orders had received them. Then and only then did they take another order.

    If you order a salad from this location, you either better check for dressing before you leave, or have it on hand because they RARELY include the dressing that you specifically ask for. They are not apologetic at all and never offer any compensation for the inconvenience of coming all the way back to get it. My coworker went today and placed a relatively large order. It's kind of hard to go through and check an order that size, but it shouldn't have to be done. She got all the way back to work to find out there was no dressing for my salad (surprise!) and my other coworker ordered a chicken finger plate and received nibblers, I went al the way back up there to get my salad dressing and there was no apology or compensation offered. To me, for the price we pay for this food, they should double check to make sure the orders are correct.

    One of the worst Zaxby's I've been to. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 nibblerz meals with a Sprite and a Dr. Pepper. The drive thru was quick but after getting our food we checked it. We found that our nibblerz were just thrown together - the buns were burnt, there was hardly any sauce on them (probably 2 drops), a handful of fries that were over cooked, and the pieces of chicken were about 3 inches long. My sprite was very carbonated with little flavor and his Dr. Pepper had no carbonation what so ever. It was not worth the overall price of $17. Won't be going back.
